Everyone in our field of practice is welcome to this conference. We will try to communicate in a language that is easier for everyone to understand. As we are also striving to discover new ideas\, subjects may arise that are still difficult to grasp for all of us. During the conference the Section for Inclusive Social Development will be founded. Inclusive Social Development – this part of the name of the new Twelfth Section at the Goetheanum will also designate the content of the conference. With this theme we would like to develop ideas for the future. And we are celebrating the 100th anniversary of Rudolf Steiner’s course on ‘Education for Special Needs’. In 1924\, Rudolf Steiner gave 12 lectures to a small group of people. Important themes were presented. For 100 years they have served as leitmotifs for work with people with diverse needs and abilities. Out of this impulse the most varied organisations and places have arisen in over 50 countries worldwide\, and we look forward to getting to know them. \nWorkshops\nYou can choose to join one of the three-day workshops. \n\n\n\nForums\nEvery day offers the opportunity to participate in a different forum. \n\n\n\nOpen Spaces\nEvery person who would like to offer something\, is invited to contribute. At the start of the conference a large blackboard will be hung up and you can enter what you would like to offer. Contributions that are planned already are: Tours at the Goetheanum and through the two exhibitions\, and conversations on the regular working groups of the network of the Section for Inclusive Social Development. \nTwo exhibitions\nIn the center of the exhibition on the first floor of the Goetheanum stands the figure of Kaspar Hauser. The fate of the “Child of Europe” still moves us to this day. Greg Tricker’s paintings are the point of departure for an ar- tistic dialog with people with support needs from the Kaspar Hauser Foundation in Berlin (DE). Paintings by 14 artists will be shown in this exhibition together with works from Tricker’s Cycle. The second exhibition arose out of the collaboration between the artist Victoria Oettl and Hannes Weigert with the weekly verses of Rudolf Steiner’s Soul Calendar\, presented in artistically painted lettering. Complementing this exhibition the Forum 44 will offer an opportunity for creative activity. \nMarket Stalls from around the world …\n… throughout the Goetheanum invite us to learn about activities worldwide. \nMeals\nThe meals are vegan. Lunch is included in the conference ticket. \n\n\n\nLanguages\nThe events in the Main Hall will be translated into the following languages. DESCRIPTION:Inclusive Social Development in Professional Education for Educators\, Therapists and Social Professions\nApril 30 – May 4\, 2024\, at La Reserva Naturaleza + Arte in Capilla del Señor\, Buenos Aires Province\, Argentina\nThis year’s annual conference of the International Training Circle will take place at a beautiful retreat center\, just North of Buenos Aires\, Argentina. This is an exciting new step\, arising from our work over the last three years. Going forward\, we will be alternating between meetings in Europe and in other regions of our movement. This will allow us to get to know each other’s work and contexts more deeply\, and to strengthen regional networks by including more colleagues from host regions in an international network experience than we have so far been able to do. \nWhile the program of our conference is still in the works and will be shared in more detail in February\, the next steps for the development of our network are clear. They emerge from our work under the umbrella of the ERASMUS+ Project Peer2Peer-CET\, which has been our focus from 2021 to 2023: \n\nBuilding a network platform for sharing competences and resources\nDeveloping a shared reference framework for professional education in our field\nDeveloping continuing education courses and micro-credentials that can be offered internationally\nDeveloping new partnership formats\n\nThematically\, we are proposing to do all this while exploring together what “Inclusive Social Development” may mean in the context of professional education and training. Sonja Zausch will offer a working group for this purpose. The aim is to strengthen this professional profile\, to get to know each other in order to share common research and questions\, to further educate together. \nTo strengthen and professionalize this field of work\, I would like to motivate you to join a working group at this international conference at the Goetheanum. DESCRIPTION:International further education for biography work in educational & healing arts\nMedical-therapeutic aspects of biography work for doctors\, therapists and educationalists\nModule 2: December 2–5\, 2021\nIn anthroposophic biographical work the great importance of childhood and adolescence for later development in health and illness becomes visible. In families\, day-care centers and schools\, human fate and the fate of the times meet in our multicultural society today and have a lasting impact on biographical developments. \nHow can medical-therapeutic aspects of biography work be helpful for the prevention of possible disorders\, for the accompaniment and treatment of children and adolescents\, as well as their parents?
