Ruskin Mill Trust Seminar: Meditation as holding creative tension

Ruskin Mill Trust Seminar: Meditation as holding creative tension

From Friday the 24th until Sunday the 26th of February The Field Centre hosted a workshop on meditation for coworkers and researchers of the Ruskin Mill Trust in Great Britain.

This experiential workshop was based on the meditative indications of Rudolf
Steiner. Working with contemplative and phenomenological approaches, the participants inquired into the polarities of the rose, its form, colour and gesture, and explored how this practice can inspire us to develop inner capacities for our times, life and profession.

The workshop was guided by Joan Sleigh, Simon Reaks and Bart Vanmechelen.
