WHEN: From May 28 to 31, 2025
GETTING THERE: please book your own transportation.
Fly to Arlanda Stockholm Airport, then go by train to Södertälje hamn (seaport).
Or take the train directly to Södertälje hamn (seaport).
You will be picked up there. We will organize this shortly before the conference.
ACCOMMODATION: Please book your own accommodation! – Kulturhuset Järna
The Hotel is with bed linen and breakfast.
The Hostel is without bed linen and breakfast. It has shared bathrooms. Breakfast can be booked at the hotel.

TRANSLATIONS: will be available in German, English and Swedish.
The cultural center is about 3km from the hotel and hostel. We will be offering a transport service for you if you don’t have a car.
CONFERENCE PRICE: 200 € per person
incl. vegetarian meals (except Friday evening in Trosa)
