Training Course in Thailand

The training for Inclusive Social Development for English Speaking Asia completed its third module in Bangkok October 2025. The training is supported by monthly online mentoring and weekly study groups. Participants join from Thailand, Malaysia, China, the Philippines and India.

Camphill Academy faculty members, Andrea Janisch and Becky Rutherford co-led the sessions in therapeutic movement, practical advice, an artistic approach to working with The Eightfold Path, and discussion on polarities centered on Steiner’s course on Supported Education . A special evening of cultural sharing was a highlight.

The participants are already preparing for the 4th module beginning in March 2025 which will be co-led in April 2025 by Gleice Da Silva and Jan Goeschel. In October 2025, the 5th module with Bart Vanmechelen and Sonja Zausch on the topic “Point and Circle” will take place.

The commitment of Anchana Soontornpitag and her great administrative team to inclusive social development in the region and with this training is outstanding! Everyone involved is very grateful for this.
